Structured training programme

Medical exercise therapy
(MTT)

Your personalised training plan

Targeted training as part of rehabilitation

Medical exercise therapy is a structured exercise programme formed part of rehabilitation. Our specialists will work with you to draw up a personalised exercise plan, which you will then carry out independently. Regular follow-up appointments ensure you make progress and allow the plan to be adjusted if necessary.

Being passive isn’t enough on its own: it’s worth taking action

MTT effectively complements individual physiotherapy: passive measures relieve pain and alleviate restrictions. Active training builds strength, stability and endurance, which are needed in the long term. Without an active component, lasting therapeutic success is often not achieved.

Who is MTT suitable for?

MTT is suitable for patients of all ages who wish to build up strength and stability in a targeted manner following an injury, operation or a period of rest. MTT is also ideal for people with chronic conditions who wish to train independently over the long term.

MTT sets One-to-one physiotherapy in advance

Important: MTT always requires prior individual physiotherapy, which PhysioKinex provides as part of the General Physiotherapy offers:
