Protecting your privacy

Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Every person has the right to the protection of their privacy and to protection against the misuse of their personal data, in accordance with Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DSG). We comply with these provisions.

Working closely with our hosting providers, we endeavour to protect our databases as effectively as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification.

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (SSL) via HTTPS.

Automated data processing on this website

When you visit www.physiokinex.ch, our servers temporarily record every visit in a log file. The following data is collected automatically without any action on your part and is stored by us until it is automatically deleted after a maximum of twelve months:

• the IP address of the requesting computer,
• the date and time of access,
• the name and URL of the file accessed,
• the website from which the access took place,
• your computer’s operating system and the browser you are using,
• the country from which you accessed the site and the language settings in your browser, and
• the name of your internet service provider.

This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (establishing a connection), ensuring system security and stability, optimising our online service, and for internal statistical purposes. In particular, the IP address is used to identify the country of residence of the website visitor and to set the website’s language to the appropriate default. Furthermore, the IP address is analysed in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure of www.physiokinex.ch and for statistical purposes.

In addition, when you visit our website, we use so-called pixels and cookies to display personalised advertising and to utilise web analytics services.

Integration of third-party services and content

It may be the case that content or services from third-party providers, such as city maps or fonts from other websites, are embedded within our online offering. The integration of third-party content always requires the third-party providers to collect users’ IP addresses, as they would be unable to send the content to users’ browsers without this information. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this content. Furthermore, the providers of third-party content may set their own cookies and process users’ data for their own purposes. In doing so, user profiles may be created from the processed data. We will use this content in a way that minimises data usage and avoids data collection wherever possible, and will select reliable third-party providers with regard to data security.

This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). Transfer of personal data abroad
