Prices & Health Insurance

On medical prescription
PhysioKinex GmbH is recognised by all Swiss health insurance providers and supplementary insurance schemes. With a doctor’s prescription, the cost of treatment is covered by basic health insurance or accident insurance and billed in accordance with the applicable rates.

Private payers
30 minutes: CHF 70.00

60 minutes: CHF 130.00

Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged at the standard rate.

Key Questions & Answers (FAQ)

No, a doctor’s referral is not strictly necessary. With a doctor’s referral, the costs will be covered by your basic health insurance or, in the event of an accident, by your accident insurance. Without a referral, you can come as a self-paying patient: a 30-minute session costs CHF 70.00

Yes. There are patient parking spaces available in the basement: the first 30 minutes are free of charge. Access is via Industriestrasse.
The PhysioKinex team offers treatments in German, English and Greek.
A therapy session usually lasts 30 minutes. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific concerns or complex issues.
This varies from person to person and depends on the diagnosis, duration and severity of the symptoms. Following the initial assessment, we will provide you with a realistic estimate.
Yes. Vasileios Papaioannou and his team will support you from the early stages of mobilisation following an injury or operation right through to a safe return to sport, including injury prevention and load management.
