Our range of services

The right one Range of therapies for you

Depending on your complaints and symptoms, we use a range of different approaches and techniques. The focus is always on a thorough assessment and a treatment plan tailored to your individual situation. Each individual therapy is described in detail on its own subpage. This allows you to quickly find the information relevant to your situation.

General Physiotherapy

Whether it’s back pain, shoulder problems or knee pain: our specialists treat conditions affecting the entire musculoskeletal system using active and passive methods.

Temporomandibular Joint Physiotherapy (TMJ)

We provide targeted treatment for CMD and jaw problems, addressing the root causes and alleviating symptoms such as headaches or tinnitus. This dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint is very common

Treatment for headaches, migraines and tinnitus

Many types of headache and migraine originate in the neck or jaw. Our specialists identify the cause and provide targeted treatment.

Manual therapy (according to FOI)

In cases of musculoskeletal dysfunction, we mobilise the joints and surrounding tissue. This form of passive therapy complements active exercises and noticeably speeds up recovery.

Sports Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

From early mobilisation following an injury or operation right through to a safe return to sport: the PhysioKinex team supports you every step of the way. This also includes injury prevention and managing your workload.

Medical Training Therapy (MTT)

A personalised programme of rehabilitation training improves strength, stability and mobility, and is a key part of your rehabilitation. At our centre, MTT is always preceded by one-to-one physiotherapy.

Manual trigger point therapy

Targeted treatment of muscle trigger points relieves tension, improves blood circulation and noticeably reduces pain.

Dry Needling

We use fine acupuncture needles to treat deep-seated muscle trigger points. This is effective for persistent tension that is difficult to reach by manual therapy.

Kinesio tape

Elastic tapes support muscles and joints, relieve pain and aid the healing process: whether in everyday life, during sport or as a complement to therapy.
